Sustainable Supply Chain

Sustainable Supply Chain

Huntwell Technology Corporation believes that a solid foundation for effective supply chain management stems from close cooperation with suppliers, sharing risks and mutual benefits.

Huntwell’s Supplier ESG Code of Conduct is developed in alignment with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization’s Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct. This Code requires suppliers to uphold commitments in corporate social responsibility, protect fundamental human rights, promote environmental sustainability, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and follow Huntwell’s specific requirements. Non-compliance may result in corrective actions or termination of contracts as stipulated in agreements.

To ensure that suppliers adhere to environmental and social standards, Huntwell  requires all raw material suppliers to sign the " Master Purchase Agreement“. They must fulfill commitments outlined in the contract, including integrity pledges, environmental protection responsibilities, respect for labor rights, prohibition of conflict minerals, and willingness to disclose and provide evidence to facilitate the investigation of mineral sourcing and production processes.

As of 2025, no suppliers have had their partnerships terminated due to the use of child labor or forced labor.

Responsible Minerals Management

Our company is committed to responsible sourcing. In alignment with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (hereinafter referred to as the “OECD Due Diligence Guidance”), we have established an internal management procedure that requires suppliers to ensure that Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W), Tin (Sn), and Cobalt (Co) used in our products do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups, nor are they produced through forced labor or other human rights violations.

Through our annual Supplier Conference, we promote the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and encourage suppliers to source from smelters and refiners that are certified under the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) or other programs that fully aligned with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance.

We also require all suppliers to sign the Letter of Undertaking for Non-use of Conflict Minerals and submit the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) annually. The collected smelter and refiner data is checked against the RMI’s lists of conformant smelters and refiners to determine conformity. If a supplier is found to be using non-conformant smelters or refiners, we will require supplier to provide corrective action plan and follow-up in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, in order to ensure that our supply chain continues to uphold ethical conduct, safeguard human rights, and contribute to sustainable development.
