Huntwell is committed to employee well-being and complies with the ISO 45001 occupational Safety and Health management system to ensure a safe and healthy workplace. Huntwell management's target is to achieve zero deaths and occupational illnesses.

In 2025, Huntwell achieved the goal of zero accidents with no reported cases of occupational diseases or work-related deaths at facility.

In addition to complying with local health and safety laws and standards, we implement rigorous occupational health and safety measures, establish robust internal policies, and conduct both regular and ad hoc reviews to ensure continuous improvement. • Comply with local safety and health regulations and standards, actively focus on global safety and health issues, proactively assess risks, and establish an excellent working environment.
• Establish a safety and health management system, implement strict safety and health control measures, and continuously review and improve to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational safety and health risks.
• Conduct safety and health education and training as planned, ensure smooth mechanisms for workers' participation and consultation on occupational safety and health, and enhance all employees' awareness and responsibility regarding safety and health.
• By collaborating and advocating with suppliers and contractors, strengthen safety and health education to collectively reduce occupational hazards.
